Role Overview

Senior Product Manager (Remote, US)

EVONA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a highly technical platform and help shape its product direction as the company enters its next phase of growth. You will work with customers, engineering, and leadership to define a roadmap and deliver market-defining capabilities for space and national security operators.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product roadmap and prioritization process
Engage with customers to understand operational challenges and emerging requirements
Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements for engineering teams
Define new features, capabilities, and enhancements that drive customer value
Collaborate with engineering, leadership, and external stakeholders
Support product demonstrations, technical discussions, and customer workshops
Identify opportunities for product expansion and new market applications
Help shape long-term product strategy and commercial growth initiatives
Monitor product performance and ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives

Requirements

Proven product management experience in a highly technical environment
Experience with software, data, analytics, AI/ML, sensor systems, or other mission-critical technologies
Ability to bridge technical teams and end users
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience gathering requirements, defining roadmaps, and driving product execution
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Domain experience in space/aerospace/defense/national security (preferred)
Familiarity with space domain awareness, satellite operations, or mission systems (preferred)
Exposure to RF/radar/communications/SATCOM/GNSS technologies (preferred)
Understanding of data fusion/sensor fusion/modeling/intelligence platforms (preferred)
Experience in startup/scale-up/venture-backed environments (preferred)
Experience launching new products and taking products from concept to deployment (preferred)

Direct experience with launching products in mission-critical space/defense contexts
