Product Manager

Role Overview

Own the product lifecycle from definition through execution, bridging software engineering, design, and business strategy to deliver scalable products. You’ll partner closely with engineering leads and stakeholders to shape the roadmap, prioritize work, and ship features that solve complex user problems.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap, translating business goals into epics, user stories, and technical requirements
• Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to design, build, and ship robust features using Agile processes
• Analyze product usage data to identify bottlenecks and measure success metrics (e.g., SQL, Amplitude, Google Analytics) to drive iteration
• Conduct customer interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to uncover user needs and validate hypotheses
• Manage cross-functional release plans, communicating updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders

Requirements

• 3–6 years of product management experience building and scaling software products in a high-growth tech environment
• Strong technical background and ability to collaborate on architecture, APIs, and system design
• Experience using data analytics tools to inform product decisions and measure KPIs (e.g., SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated cross-functional leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related quantitative field
