About the role
Role Overview
Everway is hiring a Product Manager to identify customer needs, shape product priorities, and partner cross-functionally to deliver valuable product outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize product requirements using customer feedback, market insight, and business objectives.
- Build and maintain product roadmaps aligned to organizational priorities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to find opportunities and inform decisions.
- Track product performance, KPIs, and customer outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Define features and user stories and ensure requirements are clearly documented.
- Partner with Engineering to maintain a prioritized product backlog.
- Support continuous improvement of product management practices and ways of working.
- Be accountable for delivering agreed product improvements in line with business priorities.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to align on requirements and priorities.
- Gather and incorporate stakeholder and customer feedback into planning and decisions.
- Create product communications and supporting materials for internal and external audiences.
Requirements (Essential Criteria)
- 3+ years of product management experience in software/SaaS or related environments.
- Experience working in Agile product development.
- Proven ability to define, prioritize, and manage product requirements and roadmaps.
- Ability to use customer insight, research, and data for product decisions.
- Skilled at managing competing priorities and influencing stakeholders across functions.
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools for product discovery, validation, analysis, or workflow efficiency.
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have (Desirable Criteria)
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in a growth-stage/scaling technology business.
- Experience applying user-centered design principles with UX teams.
- Familiarity with product marketing and go-to-market processes.
- Experience using product management/collaboration tools.
