About the role
Role Overview
Product Manager – Enterprise (PRISE) focused on district partnerships. You’ll own product experiences that help MagicSchool serve school districts as they onboard and support schools and sites, translating district partner needs into clear requirements and shipped solutions.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize enterprise and district-facing features that drive successful district-wide adoption based on customer needs, sales motions, and platform strategy.
- Partner with engineering to design and deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions for district requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, CX, and Partnerships to expand and deepen adoption of Enterprise features within school districts.
- Define and track success metrics for district adoption, usage, and outcomes to guide roadmap decisions.
- Navigate tradeoffs across district stakeholders (IT, curriculum, administrators, educators) to deliver cohesive, high-impact product experiences.
- Contribute to ongoing roadmap refinement using district usage and feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex, multi-user or enterprise-focused products.
- Strong ability to work deeply with engineering to turn district needs into scalable product solutions.
- Experience handling ambiguous problems and delivering pragmatic, high-impact outcomes.
- Proven ability to prioritize and execute in fast-paced startup environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong ownership and bias toward action, able to work independently while keeping partners aligned.
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative insights (customer feedback, usage data, operational signals) to inform decisions.
Nice to Have
- Experience building/managing enterprise SaaS products, especially with complex needs or long adoption cycles.
- Familiarity with K–12 districts or public-sector organizations and how district decision-making affects adoption.
- Exposure to procurement, implementation, or change-management processes for multi-site rollouts.
