About the role

Role Overview

The Product Manager shapes the future of mental and behavioral healthcare by delivering innovative, user-centered products. You will own the lifecycle of medium-scale products and features, driving both product strategy and execution in a fast-evolving, AI-enabled market.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of medium-scale products/features: from discovery through delivery and continuous optimization.
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to customer needs, business priorities, and market opportunities.
  • Translate complex problems into actionable product requirements for engineering, design, and cross-functional teams.
  • Partner with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.
  • Use qualitative & quantitative data, user research, and market insights to make decisions and prioritize.
  • Drive integration of AI-driven capabilities into the product experience.
  • Measure and improve performance using metrics and feedback loops.
  • Advocate for the customer by understanding user needs, pain points, and workflows, especially in mental/behavioral healthcare.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep products differentiated.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of product management experience managing lifecycle for small to medium-scale products.
  • Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
  • Proven use of data, research, and customer insights to inform product decisions.
  • Familiarity with (or strong interest in) AI/ML-driven product capabilities.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration; can influence without authority.
  • Strong communication skills to turn complex ideas into clear, actionable outputs.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for improving lives, especially in mental/behavioral healthcare.

Nice to Have

  • Experience directly integrating AI/ML capabilities into customer-facing product experiences (implied by interest/familiarity requirement).
