About the role

Role Overview

The Product Manager owns the lifecycle of medium-scale products and features for Ensora Health. You will define product vision and roadmap, translate problems into requirements, and guide delivery—at the intersection of healthcare and technology with an emphasis on AI-enabled product experiences.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product lifecycle for medium-scale products/features: discovery → delivery → continuous optimization
Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned to customer needs, business priorities, and market opportunities
Translate complex problems into actionable product requirements for engineering and design
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality experiences
Use qualitative/quantitative data, user research, and market insights to prioritize and make decisions
Drive integration of AI-driven capabilities to improve efficiency, intelligence, and user value
Measure outcomes using metrics and feedback loops and iterate based on performance
Advocate for customers by understanding needs, pain points, and workflows—especially in mental/behavioral healthcare
Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain differentiation

Requirements

3+ years of product management experience managing the lifecycle of small to medium-scale products
Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
Proven experience using data and research to guide product decisions
Familiarity with or interest in AI/ML-driven product capabilities
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence without authority
Strong communication skills to translate complex ideas into clear actions
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Customer-first mindset, with a passion for improving lives—particularly in mental/behavioral healthcare

Nice-to-Haves

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ownership of integrations involving AI/ML product features
