Role overview

As Product Manager Engagement, you will define and implement the optimization strategy for Sparteo’s four core solutions: Actirize, Meetscale, Viewsly, and FastCMP. You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Design, and Data to improve performance while preserving user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Optimization
    • Define the roadmap for ad format optimization
    • Analyze current ad format performance and identify improvement areas
    • Design/prototype new, high-performing ad formats
  • A/B Testing & Analysis
    • Lead rigorous A/B testing to validate hypotheses
    • Optimize CTR, User Engagement, and Bounce Rate
  • Native Advertising
    • Manage native ad strategies by transforming XML feeds into high-performing creatives
  • Visual & UX Enhancement
    • Improve the Viewsly video player rendering and in-player ad experience
  • Compliance & UX (FastCMP)
    • Collaborate with Product Owners and Legal to optimize FastCMP (Consent Management Platform) while balancing compliance and user acceptance
  • Cross-functional collaboration
    • Coordinate with technical teams for implementation and Sales teams to align product capabilities with market needs
  • Market watch
    • Monitor trends and technologies in online advertising and AdTech

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ad format optimization, UX optimization, or a similar Product Management role with strong A/B testing focus
  • Strong analytical skills and mastery of key AdTech KPIs: CTR, Engagement, Bounce Rate, VTR
  • Creative, data-driven problem solver mindset

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience improving ad creatives via feed-to-creative transformation (e.g., XML feed workflows)
  • Familiarity with consent management UX/compliance trade-offs
