About the role

Role Overview

Product Manager, Engagement will own the patient-facing “surfaces” Hone patients return to week after week. You’ll report to the Head of Product Management and partner with design, engineering, and clinical teams to make long-term health management easy, engaging, and habit-forming.

Responsibilities

Own the Engagement roadmap across:
- App home page
- AI experiences
- Messaging
- Medication adherence
Define and track engagement KPIs, including:
- MAU
- AI engagement and satisfaction
- Medication adherence
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand:
- Why/how patients return to the app
- Where recurring experiences fall short
Collaborate with design, engineering, and clinical teams to ship improvements that deepen habitual use
Partner with the AI team on patient-facing AI experiences (e.g., entry points, suggested prompts, custom widgets, memory)
Measure feature performance post-launch and develop data-driven improvements

Requirements

3+ years of product management experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Proven ability building consumer applications with focus on engagement, retention, and habitual use
Experience shipping AI-powered consumer features (preferred)
Analytical mindset using data to drive product decisions and measure success
Self-starter with strong ability to identify opportunities to improve product and UX
Experience managing complex cross-functional projects (engineering, design, operational teams)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Deep personal interest in health and longevity

Compensation & Benefits

$130,000–$160,000 based on location and experience
