About the role
Role Overview
Product Manager (Mid–Senior), Remote (Canada) Own customer-facing products at eLocal, including web portals, mobile applications, APIs, and enterprise partner integrations. These products support advertiser & affiliate onboarding, performance, transparency, and long-term retention.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for advertiser/affiliate-facing products
- Lead development across portals, mobile apps, APIs, and integrations
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Business Intelligence, and Engineering to meet enterprise advertiser needs
- Gather and translate requirements from SMBs to strategic partners
- Define product requirements, workflows, and technical constraints with Engineering
- Drive integrations with advertiser systems (e.g., reporting, attribution, lead delivery, billing)
- Define and track success metrics for adoption, performance, and retention
- Continuously improve customer experience via feedback and data-driven iteration
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Manager experience building external, customer-facing products
- Experience delivering portals, APIs, or platform-style products
- Strong understanding of B2B customer needs and enterprise integrations
- Ability to translate partner needs into scalable product solutions
- Collaboration with Engineering in an agile environment and use of agile tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in fast-paced web-based environments with frequent iteration and automation
- Salesforce or other CRM knowledge
- Background in ad tech, lead generation, or performance marketing
- Experience with API design/documentation and partner onboarding
- Familiarity with mobile development (iOS/Android or cross-platform)

- Deliver a clear, prioritized roadmap aligned with advertiser and business needs
- Improve advertiser onboarding and self-service capabilities
- Increase adoption of portals, APIs, and integrations
- Achieve measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and performance
