About the role

Role Overview

As a Product Manager at Elevate, you’ll act like a mini-founder inside a fast-growing product organization. The role focuses on sharper product ownership—improving discovery, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and connecting engineering effort directly to business value.

Responsibilities

  • Own discovery with internal and external users to ensure product work starts from real problems, not feature requests
  • Translate ambiguity into clear product direction, including problem framing and product bets
  • Plan and prioritize: roadmap planning, requirements, prioritization, and release communication
  • Define delivery artifacts such as scope, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans
  • Drive strong stakeholder communication with business leaders, clients, internal operators, design, and engineering
  • Partner closely with engineering and design in a remote, distributed product engineering environment
  • Use data and ROI/adoption metrics to prioritize and communicate product value
  • Manage multiple workstreams without creating constant urgency

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management/product owner/business systems/product strategy experience in software
  • Experience owning discovery, roadmap, requirements, prioritization, and release communication for software products
  • Strong client/stakeholder communication, comfortable working with executives and non-technical business leaders
  • Ability to translate messy requests into clear product problems, scope, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans
  • Strong product judgment around MVPs, trade-offs, business value, and technical constraints
  • Experience working with engineers and designers in a remote/distributed environment
  • Comfort using data (ROI, adoption metrics, cost savings, revenue impact) to prioritize
  • Strong written communication (roadmap updates, release notes, stakeholder summaries, decision records)

Preferred Experience

  • Sports/entertainment/ticketing/sponsorship/analytics/e-commerce/marketplace product domains
  • B2B SaaS or internal tools evolving into client-facing platforms
  • Data products, reporting products, AI/ML-enabled products, or workflow automation
  • Experience with sales/account management/client success/consulting teams
  • Experience in a product-led transformation from services/consulting into software
