Role overview
Join PayXpert as a Product Manager - E-Commerce. You will define, build, and continuously improve the company’s eCommerce acquiring and payment processing products, owning the full product lifecycle from discovery to design, delivery, go-to-market, and optimization.
Key missions
- Own product strategy and roadmap for eCommerce, prioritizing initiatives across authorizations, routing, risk, fraud, and user experience.
- Conduct discovery and market analysis, using performance metrics to guide product decisions.
- Drive Agile execution by owning backlog prioritization.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, aligning go-to-market strategy and iterating using data insights and merchant feedback.
- Optimize key outcomes using data-driven insights, including:
- Conversion
- Approval rates
- Overall product performance.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the payments industry, ideally in eCommerce acquiring.
- Deep knowledge of card scheme/processing rules, including:
- CB, including CB2A protocols
- Visa and Mastercard rules
- 3DS, plus risk and authentication flows.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in Agile teams.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver payment products at scale.
- Strong communication skills in English and French (Spanish is a plus).
