About the role
Role Overview
Product Manager focused on MSP/MSSP services at DYOPATH. You will own the full lifecycle of the service portfolio—turning complex technical delivery into standardized, profitable, market-ready offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Service lifecycle & product strategy
- Own end-to-end MSP/MSSP service lifecycle (definition → optimization)
- Define ICP/TCPs and segment offerings by customer size, vertical, and business unit
- Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, delivery, and support
- Service catalog & documentation
- Maintain a normalized service/product catalog
- Own internal and client-facing documentation and governance (templates, standards, approvals)
- Ensure consistency across Sales, Delivery, Support, Finance, and Marketing
- Pricing & service economics
- Build and maintain cost models, pricing structures, and MSRP
- Refine unit economics (ticket/delivery/infrastructure support costs)
- Ensure services are scalable, profitable, and standardized
- Cross-functional enablement
- Partner with Delivery, Security Operations, and Implementation to define required roles/skills/certifications
- Align enablement and training programs for Sales, Delivery, and Support
- Translate technical needs for non-technical stakeholders
- Innovation & continuous improvement
- Define AI-enabled delivery strategies for operational efficiency and scalability
- Identify automation opportunities and establish guardrails to prevent over-customization
- Create feedback loops across Sales, clients, and internal teams
- Go-to-market & governance/reporting
- Partner with Sales/Marketing on positioning and collateral
- Support adoption, expansion, and retention through clear value articulation
- Produce roadmaps/release cycles; ensure compliance requirements, SLAs, and contractual obligations are reflected
First 90 Days
- Assess current service catalog, documentation, and cross-team alignment gaps
- Define/refine ICPs and service segmentation
- Identify standardization and unit-economics improvements
- Establish governance for documentation and service updates
- Strengthen alignment across Sales, Delivery, and Support
