About the role

Role Overview

As a Product Manager at Dotmatics, you will help define and execute the Dotmatics Luma product strategy. You’ll partner with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to translate objectives into requirements, plan delivery, and ensure product quality.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather and understand strategic objectives and requirements.
Participate in Agile/Scrum events (sprint planning, sprint reviews, and related ceremonies), acting as a trusted partner to engineering.
Use product analytics to identify opportunities.
Create wireframes and clickable prototypes to communicate product ideas.
Support go-to-market activities.
Maintain product quality, including Quality Analysis and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Build and execute product roadmaps for B2B Enterprise SaaS.
Provide strong internal stakeholder and client communication.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in software (SaaS) product management.
Degree in a related field (preferred: Data Science, Biology, Chemistry, Bioinformatics, or related Life Science/Technical fields).
Experience working with scientific instrument data and AI applications in life sciences.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum and cross-functional delivery.
Confluence and Jira (or similar tools).
Experience with on-prem installable products.
Experience with varied data formats and transfer protocols (including files, non-structured data, OPC-UA streams, IoT devices).
Working knowledge of Databricks.
Ability to build wireframes (e.g., Figma).
Understanding of scientific data platforms, including data management, data modeling, multi-tenant architecture, and BI/reporting needs.
Awareness of AI/ML security concerns in regulated environments and hardened network contexts.
Experience with ELNs, LIMS, and scientific instrument data workflows.
Experience building agent and/or AI applications in professional settings.

Nice to Have

Deeper experience across model-driven multi-tenant platforms and regulated AI/ML deployment environments.
Additional domain depth in ELN/LIMS and scientific instrument data pipeline integration.
