About the role

Role Overview

Dormotech is hiring a Product Manager for a full-time remote (hybrid/remote options) role. You will oversee the development and lifecycle of Dormotech products, translating customer needs into actionable plans and partnering across multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Define product strategy and set direction based on customer and business needs
Prioritize features and manage the product roadmap
Lead market trend analysis and use insights to guide product decisions
Gather and analyze user feedback to drive continuous improvements
Ensure timely execution of product plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in Medical Device Product Management (required)
Strong product lifecycle management experience (roadmaps, feature prioritization)
Market research, user research, and data analysis skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience using product management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus

Nice to Haves

Experience with sleep diagnostics
Knowledge of US regulatory and reimbursement landscape (e.g., CPT/Payer)
Familiarity with healthcare/digital health industries
