Role: Product Manager

Join Decile Group’s product team and own a meaningful surface area of Decile Hub end-to-end.

What you’ll do

Own product delivery from discovery to launch, defining problems, writing crisp specs, driving alignment, overseeing delivery, and validating outcomes post-launch.
Write engineering-ready specifications including functional requirements, edge cases, acceptance criteria, and open questions resolved before work enters a sprint.
Stay close to customers via calls, user interviews, and support tickets; synthesize insights into actionable product direction.
Be the voice of the customer while balancing business priorities and proactively communicating timelines, risks, and tradeoffs.
Maintain a prioritized roadmap and work with stakeholders to sequence what gets built and why.
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, ops, legal ops, and customer success to keep workflows structured and teams aligned.
Use AI as a daily product tool to improve discovery synthesis, competitive research, spec drafting, user segmentation, and analysis.

What you bring

4–7 years in SaaS product management or technical project ownership
Proven ability to ship complex features end-to-end
Exceptional written clarity (specs, tickets, and communication)
Technical fluency with web application fundamentals to collaborate effectively with engineers
Active, sophisticated use of AI tools in daily work (research, writing, analysis, synthesis)
Comfort with ambiguity, strong questioning skills, and intolerance for vague requirements
Experience building user-centered flows for operational/financial/workflow-heavy products
Strong prioritization instincts and scope discipline

Nice to have

Experience in venture capital, fund administration, or financial compliance workflows
Background in operations, legal ops, or workflow automation
Experience using product analytics and analyzing user behavior to inform feature design and onboarding

Requirements / Logistics

Must live and work within a few time zones of Pacific (California) time
Working style: heavy use of Zoom and Slack
