Role overview
Spotify is hiring a Product Manager, Data Platform to join the Data Platform Studio. You will help enable Spotify to apply data in an intuitive, efficient way—supporting data collection, processing, storage, governance, and access for thousands of engineers and data professionals.
Responsibilities
- Own product direction for the Data Platform, helping Spotify extract value from data at scale.
- Work across disciplines to define and evolve infrastructure and tooling frameworks used by engineers, data scientists, and analysts.
- Support how data pipelines are built and operated, especially as AI agents increasingly write pipelines and power personalization.
- Ensure the platform’s capabilities enable teams to build Spotify products effectively and reliably.
Requirements
- Strong product management skills for complex, infrastructure-heavy domains.
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering and data organizations.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience or familiarity with data platform capabilities (collection, processing, storage, governance, and data access).
- Experience in domains where AI is used to automate or accelerate data pipelines.
