About the role
Role Overview
Join DAT as a Product Manager to co-lead an empowered product team and drive continuous discovery and delivery. You’ll help solve critical user and business problems across the DAT platform, with a focus on identity-domain customer self-service.
Responsibilities
- Co-lead an empowered product team to drive continuous discovery and delivery.
- Understand stakeholder/business needs and translate them into a prioritized product roadmap.
- Lead end-to-end feature development from discovery through delivery.
- Own and evolve customer self-service capabilities in the identity domain.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and build internal tooling to improve customer service.
- Define success metrics, monitor outcomes after launch, and use data + feedback for continuous improvement.
- Present upcoming features to broad audiences.
Requirements
- Strong product fundamentals: roadmap ownership, prioritization, execution rigor, and data-informed decision making.
- 3+ years product management experience building web applications.
- Ability to gather requirements, clarify ambiguity, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration/partnership skills with operational teams to build sustainable processes and improve customer experience.
- Ability to connect day-to-day execution to broader strategy.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- SQL or data querying skills.
- Direct experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain technology.
- Experience with identity-related or cybersecurity software applications.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building identity/self-service products or tooling that improves customer support workflows.
