Product Manager: Customer Experience (Mobile & Web) - Contract

Role Overview

Fetch is seeking a Product Manager: Customer Experience (Mobile & Web) for a 4–6 month contract. You will lead and optimize the post-enrollment customer journey, delivering a seamless, high-value experience across iOS, Android, and Web.

This is a blend of Product Management and Product Operations, serving as the primary bridge between Business Owners (BOs) and Engineering.

Primary Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Drive retention and engagement by identifying and launching high-value features aligned with Q3/Q4 business goals.
• Product Operations & Optimization: Act as a “product therapist” by partnering with Business Owners to maximize the existing feature set and internal toolkits to resolve immediate business needs.
• Strategic Filter (Discovery): Lead discovery to separate must-haves from nice-to-haves, ensuring engineering time goes toward work that moves key metrics.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Manage stakeholder expectations by providing roadmaps and technical feasibility assessments to keep teams aligned on what’s being built and why.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, specifically managing mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, including integration and testing.
• Ability to translate technical constraints into business realities and manage complex stakeholder conversations.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Contract & Compensation

• Duration: 4–6 months
• Monthly pay range: $11,000–$12,000 (annualized in posting: $132,000–$144,000)
