About the role

Role Overview

Product Manager for a Consumer Product Platform focused on Subscription Retention at a remote-first health and wellness startup. This is a zero-to-one build role with meaningful equity, ownership, and close access to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end member journey from first touchpoint through long-term engagement.
Define roadmap priorities and translate product strategy into high-quality shipped experiences.
Work closely with CEO, design, engineering, and clinical & legal stakeholders.
Drive data-informed iteration across:
- retention
- engagement
- member satisfaction
Manage increasing platform complexity and coordinate rapid experiments to understand member behavior.
Use AI tooling as a core part of day-to-day product work.

Requirements

Strong product management experience, including taking consumer/DTC platform products from concept to product-market fit.
Proven ability to improve conversion, retention, and lifetime value in subscription/membership businesses.
Ability to operate with high autonomy in an early-stage, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with regulated or telehealth industries.

Location / Work Model

Fully remote, but candidates must be based in the US.

Compensation

Base salary: $160,000–$200,000 (depending on experience)
Competitive equity package
