Role: Product Manager, Contractor Management

Join Remote’s Product team in the Contractor Management vertical. You’ll help shape the product strategy and execution that enables compliant global contracting and supports opportunities for people worldwide.

What you bring

• Prior experience as a Product Manager, ideally at a high-growth company.
• Proficiency with AI coding tools, specifically Cursor and/or Claude Code (or similar). You must be able to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional prototypes or small code changes, not only write specs.
• Strong judgment to make both strategic and tactical decisions (prioritization and feature scope).
• Track record of self-driven results that moved a product in the right direction.
• Passion for building seamless, effective products, especially in complex domains.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams (e.g., business operations, sales).
• English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Bonus: experience working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build solutions end-to-end with the team, owning not only implementation but the overall product experience (value delivered through services powered by humans and software).
• Lead complex solutions without needing support from senior product team members.
• Manage internal expectations for complex projects while navigating prioritization tradeoffs.
• Create and drive an effective roadmap and strategy for your product area:
  • Translate plans into near/mid-term goals others can understand.
  • Align roadmap with broader company and department problems.
  • Act as subject matter expert for your area.
  • Contribute to scaling and growth plans.
• Ship improvements quickly and iteratively, focusing on minimal solutions that address problems.
• Support/lead a product team to deliver high throughput and strong ROI, aligned to key business KPIs.
