Product Manager - Compliance, Bridge

Role

Product Manager - Compliance, Bridge Bridge is building a stablecoin-based payments platform that makes global money movement programmable and trustworthy at scale. As the Product Manager for Compliance, you will own the product systems and controls that help Bridge scale safely across geographies, partners, and transaction volumes.

Responsibilities

• Own the core compliance control plane by defining and delivering a unified API and self-service platform as the single source of truth for ongoing compliance program execution.
• Enable operational autonomy safely by shifting non-engineering teams to manage global compliance programs end-to-end, with guardrails and intelligence to prevent operational errors and avoid unintended business disruptions.
• Maximize engineering and data leverage by ensuring the platform architecture and data model are accurate and extensible—moving engineering effort from manual execution and data cleanup toward automation and platform innovation.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Management, shipping large-scale, complex, technical platform/infrastructure products.
• Experience leading ambiguous 0-to-1 initiatives requiring cross-functional alignment and organizational change.
• Strong understanding of API design and data modeling, with a track record of building reusable, high-leverage components.
• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management to align timelines and roadmaps across multiple organizations.
• Data-driven product management, with experience defining and tracking metrics for operational efficiency, platform health, and system accuracy.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience building internal tooling or platform-as-a-service offerings to centralize and automate decentralized operational workflows.
• Background in regulated products using machine learning/AI for automated decisioning or optimized operational plans.
