Product Manager

Role Overview

Join Cohere (listed as Cohere in the posting) as a Product Manager for a multiplatform product, owning the user experience across iOS, Android, macOS, and web.

Key Missions

• Define and execute the product roadmap for iOS, Android, and macOS, balancing platform-specific capabilities with multiplatform consistency.
• Own the shared component layer and enterprise configuration to enable enterprise customization.
• Design and iterate on FTUX (first-time user) and onboarding/integration flows to minimize time-to-value and improve activation.
• Work directly with enterprise customers, collaborating with design and engineering to drive adoption, retention, and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Instrument and measure product outcomes by defining metrics before building.
• Run and interpret A/B tests and use data to guide iterations.
• Translate technical tradeoffs for non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead platform-layer product work that impacts adoption and engagement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Meaningful experience in at least one of:
  • Mobile/native applications
  • Front-end platform work
  • Growth and lifecycle product management
• Track record shipping mobile or platform-layer products with measurable impact (adoption/retention/engagement).
• Strong mobile UI/UX knowledge (e.g., iOS HIG and Material Design), with ability to make tradeoffs between native vs cross-platform approaches.
• Execution-focused: ship, learn, and iterate.
• Comfortable collaborating with distributed design and engineering teams.
• Experience with enterprise mobile compliance needs, including:
  • MDM/MAM
  • Enterprise app distribution
  • Data encryption at rest and in transit.

Nice-to-haves

• Exposure to agentic AI systems, LLMs, or conversational interfaces, preferably in mobile/desktop contexts.
• Experience owning front-end platform work such as:
  • Design systems
  • White-labeling
  • Shared component libraries
  • Enterprise SaaS configuration infrastructure.
