Product Manager

About the role

Join North as a Product Manager, where you'll own the user experience across iOS, Android, macOS, and web platforms. You'll define the product roadmap, drive platform-specific capabilities, and ensure a fast and polished native experience. Additionally, you'll own the shared component layer for enterprise customization and design onboarding flows to drive activation. You'll engage directly with enterprise customers, collaborate with design and engineering teams, and have a significant impact on adoption, retention, and engagement. Profile: - Analytical by default: you define metrics before you build, know how to instrument a product, and can run and interpret A/B tests - 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time in at least one of: mobile/native applications, front-end platform, or growth and lifecycle PM - Track record of shipping mobile or platform-layer products with real impact on adoption, retention, or engagement - Strong working knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles, such as iOS HIG and Material Design, and comfort making tradeoffs between native and cross-platform approaches - Highly execution-oriented with a bias for getting things shipped and iterating from there - Strong cross-functional collaborator who works well with distributed engineering and design teams and can translate technical tradeoffs for non-technical stakeholders - Experience with enterprise mobile compliance requirements: MDM/MAM, enterprise app distribution, data encryption at rest and in transit - Exposure to agentic AI systems, LLMs, or conversational interfaces, ideally in a mobile or desktop context - Experience owning front-end platform work: design systems, white-labeling, shared component libraries, or configuration infrastructure for enterprise SaaS - If some of the above doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply!
