Product Manager - Code Data

Role overview

The Code Data Product Manager will provide product portfolio leadership and upstream product life cycle management for a portion of ZOLL’s Code Data portfolio. This role acts as the product expert, translating clinical and customer needs into product requirements and guiding execution to meet market and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver products that anticipate marketplace needs
• Own portfolio roadmaps for assigned products using deep understanding of customer, market, and business needs
• Develop and present business models and recommendations to senior leadership
• Serve as the product expert on clinical needs and product use cases across markets
• Act as Voice of the Customer (VoC): develop customer requirements and propose new product concepts
• Act as Product Owner to ensure VoC and market/business needs are captured during development
• Drive alignment of Code Data within the Resuscitation business
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to communicate market needs, product value, and global strategy
• Coordinate with product/market/product owner roles to ensure integration requirements are communicated and implemented
• Ensure alignment on timelines and expectations across project teams
• Support the portfolio’s success via business plan development and competitive analysis
• Build relationships with partners as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business/engineering (or equivalent)
• 3–7 years of relevant product and/or market experience

Preferred

• Agile software product management experience
• Healthcare data experience
• Experience working in a geographically diverse, matrixed organization
