Product Manager

Role Overview

Join Chainlink as a Product Manager for Banking & Capital Markets. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Chainlink’s offerings in the traditional financial sector, designing and launching products that improve compliance, transparency, and interoperability while driving ecosystem adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect product strategy, roadmap, and execution for end-to-end digital-asset lifecycle use cases across financial institutions.
• Design and launch product offerings for prioritized banking/capital markets use cases, leveraging the Chainlink Runtime Environment.
• Drive ecosystem adoption to help establish Chainlink as a global standard across financial market segments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on Chainlink core products (CRE, ACE, CCIP, Data) and platform development.
• Lead a multi-product platform strategy in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of product management experience, including 0→1 product building.
• Deep understanding of the digital assets landscape, including regulatory requirements across multiple geographies.
• Strong technical depth to partner with engineering teams.
• Experience building/leading digital asset products with cross-functional exposure across compliance, issuer engagement, and distribution partners.
• Experience scaling Web3/fintech platforms with compliance-aware modules such as AML, KYC, and auditability.
• Evangelist-level communication to align internal and external stakeholders around a complex vision.
• Product strategy and GTM experience for platforms with financial primitives or regulated flows.
• Experience with open financial protocols, programmable money systems, or cross-chain middleware.

• Additional domain experience across specific regulated banking/capital markets workflows and partner ecosystems.
