About the role
Role overview
Chili Piper is seeking a Product Manager (CEH) to lead ChiliCal, Ecosystem, and Handoff—three connected product areas at the heart of the customer experience. The internal framing for this role is a Product Market Fitter, emphasizing product leadership through evidence-driven bets rather than traditional roadmap management.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end product bets for ChiliCal, Ecosystem, and Handoff—from market/customer evidence through adoption, iteration, and long-term business impact
- Define and protect the first audience for each bet as new requests, edge cases, and opportunities emerge
- Identify the right problems to solve and turn complex scheduling, integrations, and lead routing workflows into clear product direction
- Define value, viability, priority, and success metrics, including what triggers first adoption
- Monitor adoption and real usage post-launch, then improve the product and shape what comes next
- Keep these connected surfaces coherent, so changes across ChiliCal/Ecosystem/Handoff reinforce each other
- Partner with:
- Product Design on experience, first-use path, and product-side enablement
- Product Engineering Lead on solutions that are technically sound and practical to deliver
- Prioritize ruthlessly and make clear calls when problems are complex
- Maintain a high quality bar for what gets shipped
Product areas you’ll lead
- ChiliCal: scheduling/calendar engine (meeting types, availability, scheduling links, Booking App, reschedules, reminders, Fire extension for Google Calendar)
- Ecosystem: integrations across the revenue stack (Salesforce, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Gong)
- Handoff: lead routing/distribution (Handoff Router, round-robin, queues, ownership assignment logic)
Requirements
- Senior-level experience managing complex B2B SaaS products with clear ownership of a product area or major initiatives
- Strong product judgment: identify worthwhile problems, make informed tradeoffs in ambiguous environments
- Hands-on use of AI tools in day-to-day product work, with judgment about where AI genuinely improves the experience
Notes/constraints
- You will not own solution architecture, implementation, or product enablement execution.
- Success is measured by whether customers actually adopt what you build.
