Role overview
Product Manager – CCaaS Services at UJET. You will help define the product vision and deliver high-quality product features and services by partnering with Customer Service Managers, UX Designers, Engineers, Data Science, QA, and other Product Managers.
Responsibilities
- Turn feature ideas into detailed requirements and specifications using product ideation, market research, feature evaluation, and user/audience definition
- Collaborate with stakeholders, UX, engineering leads, and other product managers to refine scope and prepare cross-functional teams for new projects
- Manage requirements and coordinate delivery with design, engineering, QA, and go-to-market teams for new features, enhancements, and products
- Act as the key authority and main point of contact for project concepts, business strategy, and business models
- Manage multiple projects end-to-end (concept → release), ensuring requirements are understood and goals/specifications are met (including leading scrum meetings)
- Study and evaluate product areas through real usage, prospect/customer feedback, and input from Customer Service; recommend new features/enhancements
- Compile and analyze quantitative/qualitative customer feedback and market research to assess fit and define enhancements
- Extract problem definitions, models, and constraints to build better products in ambiguous situations with limited resources and timelines
- Present and review new features internally and with Marketing/Sales and customers
- Create and update product documentation (e.g., data dictionary, product overviews, user guides)
- Run post-launch user testing and produce summary reports highlighting successes and improvement opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience
- 1+ year developing and evolving features for SaaS platforms
- Experience with agile, iterative product development
- Ability to manage complex web and mobile projects from inception to launch
- Proven ability to take new concepts/features from inception to customer launch
- Track record leading cross-functional teams to launch commercial products
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral communication skills
