Product Manager - Bot Detection

Role: Product Manager - Bot Detection

Remote-first; HQ in North America.

What you’ll be doing

• Build best-in-class bot detection, device intelligence, and behavior biometrics products.
• Create and steer the bot roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders (Founders, AMs, Sales).
• Design fraud detection methods and tools, monitor data, and help build a robust fraud detection and prevention system.
• Work closely with product designers, data analysts, and engineering to:
  • Define detailed product specifications
  • Review technical capabilities
  • Prioritize projects
  • Create and steer the fraud risk product roadmap
• Lead project management with customers and internal teams—prioritize what to build and when.
• Own end-to-end delivery, including scoping, execution, final delivery, and proper documentation.

What you’ll need

• 7+ years product management experience, including 3+ years building Risk products.
• Experience in bot detection or device intelligence.
• Deep technical expertise (role is considered a Technical Product Manager position).
• Strong understanding of fraud typologies such as ATO, Card, and Bank Fraud.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to balance data and intuition.
• Passion for solving customer problems (internal and external).
• Excellent collaboration skills and transparent, inclusive communication.
