Product Manager b2b SaaS

Role overview

You’ll be a technically proficient Product Manager for Workwize’s B2B SaaS product. The role focuses on defining and executing a product vision that improves customer experience and drives revenue, while managing complex, operations-heavy workflows for IT devices globally.

What you’ll do

• Set product vision & strategy for one Workwize product, with an emphasis on scalability, operational excellence, and efficiency.
• Deliver and prioritize features that increase automation and streamline global operations.
• Collaborate with Engineers and Operations in a cross-functional team to execute the product roadmap.
• Manage key global processes including:
  • equipment onboarding
  • repair
  • retrieval
  • reselling
  • decommissioning
  • storage
• Make data-driven decisions using KPIs and analytics to identify inefficiencies and track performance.
• Integrate feedback from internal teams and customers to ensure product updates meet operational goals.
• Communicate progress regularly with stakeholders and leadership.

Skills & qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a similar role.
• 3–5 years in Product Management in SaaS, preferably in operations or logistics-intensive environments.
• Strong technical proficiency to scope solutions with development teams and oversee implementation.
• Experience with data analytics/reporting and using KPIs for prioritization.
• Project management: handle multiple initiatives, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management & communication, influencing both technical and non-technical teams.

• B2B SaaS experience.
• Experience specifically within operations/logistics domains.
