- Define and prioritize the roadmap across:
- Fridge software
- Hardware & IoT flows
- Computer vision, inventory, and ordering logic
- Operational workflows (installations, refills, failures, edge cases)
- Partner with engineering, design, ops, data, and clients.
- Drive outcomes across conversion, retention, reliability, and unit economics.
- Ship, learn, and iterate quickly in a real-world, imperfect environment.
Partnerships & Integrations
- Lead product ownership of strategic integrations (external partners, platforms, APIs).
- Convert partnership agreements into product requirements and technical scopes.
- Ensure integrations are:
- Clean and scalable
- Clearly owned with defined SLAs
- Identify opportunities to turn integrations into growth and retention levers.
Cross-cutting Product Support
- Bring structure to ambiguous or fast-moving initiatives.
- Act as a force multiplier for the product org by unblocking and simplifying execution.
What Success Looks Like
- Smart Fridges has a clear backlog, fewer fires, and improved key metrics.
- Integrations ship faster with less ambiguity.
- External partners feel aligned and confident.
- Teams have clarity on what/why/how success is measured.
- Leadership trusts you with complex, strategic problem spaces.
Requirements
Must-haves
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
- Proven experience owning complex, multi-team, multi-stakeholder systems.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and bring structure.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable working across engineering, design, ops, and external partners.
- Business-minded: outcomes over feature delivery.
Nice-to-haves
- Passion for healthcare and food-is-medicine.
- Experience with hardware, IoT, marketplaces, or logistics-heavy products.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, or platform products.
- Experience with partnerships/external vendors.
