Product Manager

Role Overview

Join Axion Ray as a Product Manager. You will lead a growing team focused on building AI-driven (agentic) workflows that enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Axion’s agentic systems, incorporating client feedback and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with engineering and AI/ML teams to design and ship agentic pipelines that can reason over heterogeneous data sources.
• Measure feature impact on key outcomes and iterate based on learnings.
• Translate advanced AI/data capabilities into intuitive, high-value product experiences for non-technical enterprise users.

Requirements

• Strong passion for frontier AI, especially autonomous agents and multi-step reasoning systems.
• Experience in early-stage, fast-moving environments; ability to progress without losing quality or product vision.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous AI capabilities into reliable enterprise-grade UX.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills: comfortable leading cross-functional teams and communicating clearly.
• Detail-oriented and proactive; able to juggle multiple workstreams in a highly fluid environment.
• Strong execution mindset: ship MVPs while maintaining long-term product direction.

Nice-to-Haves / Preferred

• Deep familiarity with agentic AI concepts such as:
  • LLM orchestration
  • Tool use
  • Multi-step reasoning
  • Human-in-the-loop design
  • Agent reliability challenges
• Attention to UX and strong user-first mentality for industrial/B2B contexts.
• 3+ years of Product Management experience, including 1–2 years working on agentic or automation-heavy products (preferably B2B SaaS).
• “Data-first” decision-making and comfort making confident choices under ambiguity.
• Startup/vcn experience: experience at a venture-backed startup is preferred.
