Role: Product Manager

Build and scale Atticus’s product across its full funnel—turning choosing Atticus into a “no-brainer” for clients and enabling effective collaboration between clients and lawyers.

What you’ll work on

Improve and operationalize client-to-law-firm matching using criteria like case details, geography, and client/firm preferences; partner with Data Science to deliver.
Interview and prioritize partner law firms’ needs; collaborate with Design and Engineering to define a roadmap and create wireframes/mockups for the next product launch.
Use call center and case data to optimize client outreach timing and channels across the client lifecycle.
Build a core data platform that supports multiple verticals with model-driven decisioning and personalization.

Responsibilities

Understand users on both sides: clients and lawyers; translate needs into product direction.
Develop a product vision and strategy for the next phase of growth.
Build and align a comprehensive product roadmap with stakeholders and senior leadership.
Partner with engineering and design to build and ship new products and features.
Coordinate cross-functional work (“conductor”), empowering others.
Own key targets and metrics; collect and analyze data to drive company-level decisions.
Form hypotheses, run experiments/A-B-style testing where applicable, and iterate quickly.

Requirements

3+ years of product management experience shipping products at scale.
Proven ability to set product vision and strategy, including clear communication of decisions and tradeoffs.
Familiarity with best practices from high-performing organizations and ability to shape product culture as the company grows.
Strong communication and people skills; positive collaboration track record with PMs, engineers, and designers.
Strong data platform mastery and ability to perform hands-on analysis.

Nice to have

Early-stage startup experience, especially with complex consumer businesses, two-sided marketplaces, and/or B2B products.
