About the role

Role Overview

ArcSite is seeking a Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for one or more of its core industry verticals. You’ll translate customer and market insights into products that solve meaningful business problems, partnering across Design, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership.

Responsibilities

Customer & Market Discovery
- Become a subject matter expert for assigned customer verticals by understanding workflows, pain points, and business objectives
- Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and market research to identify opportunities for innovation
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to gather feedback and validate product direction
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging customer needs
Product Strategy
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for assigned verticals
- Balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities
- Build business cases and prioritize initiatives based on customer impact and company goals
- Clearly communicate product vision and rationale to stakeholders
Product Development & Execution
- Partner with Engineering and Design throughout the product development lifecycle
- Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead products from discovery through launch, ensuring high-quality execution
- Analyze product performance and customer feedback to continuously improve the experience

Requirements

5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
Experience owning products from discovery through launch
Strong customer discovery, research, and analytical/prioritization skills
Ability to translate customer problems into product solutions
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success)

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with modern data platforms and APIs
Background in vertical SaaS or industry-specific software
Experience with mobile or cloud-based platforms
Familiarity with construction workflows (pre-construction: material takeoff and estimating)
Experience with CAD and/or BIM systems and related design workflows
