Product Manager (API and Connectivity)

Role overview

Qualia is seeking a Product Manager (API and Connectivity) to lead discovery, sizing, and prioritization of growth initiatives in the Resware business unit. You will identify high-impact integrations, help shape an API ecosystem, and simplify title production.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery for new growth initiatives: discovery, sizing, and prioritization.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact integrations and define how they create customer value.
• Develop and advance an API ecosystem and related connectivity capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering and existing product managers to ensure opportunities move smoothly from discovery to execution.
• Define and track success metrics and measure impact after launch.
• Drive outcomes tied to revenue through product strategy and delivery.

Requirements

• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, marketing, and sales; able to lead and influence without direct authority.
• Proven ability to drive opportunity discovery from hypothesis to validation, aligning user needs with business goals.
• Strong problem-solving approach: listening, disambiguating needs, asking questions, and negotiating trade-offs.
• Experience scoping, executing, and delivering products to market.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; can articulate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences and work with senior decision-makers.
• 2–4 years of product management experience in vertically integrated B2B environments, with success launching and growing technical products (e.g., APIs and platform integrations).
• Analytical and strategic mindset, using data to validate assumptions.
