Product Manager

Join Amplify, a leading education technology company, as a Product Manager in our data organization. In this key leadership role, you will manage and prioritize a roadmap for our data teams, ensuring timely and actionable insights. You will work closely with data impact partners, data teams, and other stakeholders to build a product roadmap aligned with company objectives. Your responsibilities will include delivering compelling data solutions, enhancing teacher experiences, ensuring on-time delivery of printed materials, and partnering with data governance and data stewards. Key missions: Collaborate with data impact partners and stakeholders to build a product roadmap aligned to company objectives.. Gather user requirements and ensure the delivery of solutions that meet user needs.. Take responsibility for the successful delivery of quarterly projects, including establishing best agile practices. Profile: - Understanding of basic data warehousing concepts and experience with data and analytic tools including dbt, SQL, Tableau, Looker - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with 5+ years of Analyst and/or Product Management experience, particularly in Agile environments - Proven ability to lead and manage a team, including setting goals and providing guidance and support - Experience using different project management tools such as Smartsheet & JIRA - Strong attention to detail and proven record of managing complex projects - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics) or equivalent experience - Experience working in the education technology field - Experience working with data products - Certification in a related process (PMP, Lean Sigma Six, Agile Scrum-master) - Experience working with large and complex datasets, and a strong understanding of data governance and privacy issues - Tools such as Smartsheet & JIRA
