Product Manager

Role Overview

ALOS Solutions is seeking an experienced Product Manager / Product Lead who has truly owned products end-to-end—making real decisions about what gets built, cut, and why. In this role, you’ll help shape realistic product contexts and artifacts for an AI benchmark, simulating real-world PM decision-making and team dynamics.

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)

• Define and simulate real-world product scenarios, including:
  • company stage, team structures, and product strategy tensions
• Create and review product artifacts for realism and quality, such as:
  • PRDs, experiment briefs, emails, and Slack threads
• Evaluate whether product decisions and communication reflect how strong PMs actually operate
• Design and run A/B experiments:
  • define hypotheses, metrics, and success criteria
• Collaborate with analytics/data perspectives to:
  • interpret experiment results
  • make informed shipping decisions
• Bring clarity to ambiguous product situations, especially where speed vs. rigor trade-offs exist
• Ensure product narratives mirror real challenges (e.g., prioritization conflicts, metric debates, stakeholder alignment)

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies
• Proven end-to-end ownership of a product roadmap with real prioritization decisions and trade-offs
• Hands-on experience running experiments and making ship/kill decisions based on data
• Strong collaboration experience with analytics or data science teams

Product & Data Skills

• Experience designing and running A/B tests end-to-end (not just reviewing results)
• Comfortable defining and debating product metrics (e.g., activation, engagement, retention)
• Ability to interpret imperfect data and still make sound product decisions
• Strong understanding of effective product–data collaboration

Tools & Collaboration

• Familiar with Google Drive, Confluence, Jira, and Slack
• Strong written communication skills for clear, credible product artifacts
• Ability to distinguish high-quality product thinking from templated output
