Product Manager, AI

Role Overview

Product Manager, AI at Wing Assistant (M32 AI). You will work directly with the CPO to build and launch innovative AI products from 0→1, combining product leadership with hands-on execution in a fast sprint environment.

Responsibilities

• Own product roadmaps and user stories, prioritizing features for seamless user experiences and market validation
• Partner with engineering and design to prototype, test, and deploy capabilities in fast sprints
• Create product enablement content (e.g., screencasts and product videos) to showcase features and drive adoption
• Own product marketing facets such as messaging, demos, and value-communication materials
• Collect user feedback, run market research, and analyze metrics to refine the backlog and improve retention
• Build onboarding guides, training resources, and playbooks for product usage, operations, and recruitment
• Shadow customer interactions, synthesize insights, and align with C-level leadership on priorities and dashboards

Requirements

• Analytical builder who can turn data patterns into product decisions and playbooks
• Entrepreneurial operator comfortable working in ambiguity, prototyping rapidly, and coordinating cross-functionally
• Hands-on creator with skills using video/design tools, and SQL analytics
• Clear communicator for stakeholder updates and client-facing content
• Ability to “vibe-code” prototypes alongside engineers and designers
• Taking high ownership of outcomes

Preferred / Nice-to-have

• Startup or consulting background in product/operations
• Experience with 0→1 product launches
• Proven ability to build onboarding, recruitment, or growth playbooks
• Nice to have: interest/experience in UI/UX, AI, or software engineering
