Product Manager (AI Devices)

Role overview

You will be the Product Manager for AI Devices, leading the evolution of AI-enabled diagnostic workflows. You will define and manage the product roadmap, own data product requirements, and drive end-to-end deployment across multiple imaging modalities.

Key missions

• Define and manage detailed product roadmaps for new AI products in radiography, CT, MRI, and ultrasound.
• Lead end-to-end deployment of new AI products for each modality by coordinating cross-functional preparation.
• Collaborate with data engineering to define data quality requirements, preprocessing pipelines, storage, and architecture.
• Facilitate cross-functional execution: manage timelines and resourcing.
• Build and run a user feedback loop.
• Define, monitor, and analyze performance metrics.

Requirements

• Experience driving a platform backlog and setting quarterly roadmaps aligned to company objectives.
• Sufficient technical fluency to understand system architectures and basic AI/ML concepts.
• Strong ability to analyze complex datasets to produce actionable insights on user behavior and operational efficiency.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication across high-level stakeholders and engineering.
• Experience executing in Agile/Scrum, including writing clear requirements and managing a backlog.
• 3–6 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare software/platform products.
• Demonstrated problem-solving mindset for breaking down complex problems and delivering elegant solutions.

Nice-to-haves

• Healthcare domain knowledge with standards and systems such as DICOM, HL7, PACS, and VNA.
