About the role
Product Manager (Remote)
Join Affirm as a Product Manager to drive feature development across key consumer surfaces: the Home Tab, Search experience, and the Profile/Settings area.
Responsibilities
- Lead feature development for the Home Tab.
- Own the end-to-end Search experience.
- Lead the Profile/Settings surface and associated redesign/rework.
- Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing to deliver high-impact features.
- Use data and experimentation to identify friction points, measure outcomes, and continuously improve consumer journeys.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and launching search products.
- Strong design sensibility and partnership skills; ability to solve user problems with design and ship polished consumer experiences.
- Comfort with funnel analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to execute technical product builds, especially in search/discovery infrastructure.
- Flexibility to pivot priorities in ambiguous, shifting environments.
- Track record shipping consumer-facing products with measurable impact on engagement, conversion, or growth.
- Experience with search end-to-end, including relevance, ranking, and discovery UX.
Nice-to-haves
- (Implied) Experience in consumer apps, e-commerce, or marketplaces.
Experience
- 3+ years of product management experience (ideally in consumer apps/search/e-commerce/marketplaces).
