Product Manager (Accounting)

Role Overview

Join Pinewood.AI as a Product Manager (Accounting) to lead the development of Accounting functionality within the company’s automotive dealer management platform. You will translate dealer needs and market opportunities into impactful software features and serve as the go-to subject matter expert for the accounting product area.

Key Missions

• Define and execute the product vision and roadmap for accounting features, aligning business objectives with customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering to define, refine, and prioritize deliverables using clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Act as a point of contact for meetings with partners and manufacturers to gather market input and align on deliverable solutions.

Requirements

• Experience working on Accounting functionality (or accounting-related products).
• Background in automotive retail or similar dealer management context.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile product delivery.
• Proven experience in a product-focused role (e.g., Product Owner, Product Manager) in automotive or dealer management SaaS.
• Ability to write clear, actionable user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Strong communication skills to present ideas and solutions to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Commercial awareness to prioritize work based on business and customer impact.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
