Join Abnormal Security, an AI-native security platform, as a Product Manager II. In this high-ownership, high-autonomy role, you will drive innovation, own product definition and roadmap, lead cross-functional execution, contribute to product strategy, champion metrics and continuous improvement, and partner closely with GTM and customer-facing teams. You should have 3+ years of product management experience in software, preferably in B2B SaaS or other technical domains, and a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Key missions: Own product definition and roadmap for your areas of responsibility, driving discovery informed by customer and market insight.. Lead cross-functional execution from concept to launch, partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM teams to scope solutions and ensure high-quality features.. Define and track product KPIs, analyze outcomes, and drive data-informed iterations to improve customer value and business impact. Profile: - 3+ years of product management experience in software, preferably in B2B SaaS or other technical domains - A growth mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a bias toward learning, iteration, and continuous improvement - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems, define success metrics, and make well-justified decisions using both qualitative and quantitative inputs - High ownership, attention to detail, and operational excellence across planning, documentation, and execution - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with Engineering, Design, and GTM partners, and presenting clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Demonstrated ability to own a product area end-to-end: synthesizing customer feedback, defining requirements, prioritizing a roadmap, and driving execution across at least one full product or major feature lifecycle - Proven experience working on highly technical products, collaborating closely with engineering teams, and reasoning about technical tradeoffs and constraints - Experience in enterprise SaaS / B2B environments, especially with security, infrastructure, or platform products - Prior experience in cybersecurity, security operations, or adjacent domains (e.g., identity, posture management, email security) - Background as a software engineer or other deeply technical role, or equivalent hands-on experience with complex technical systems - Experience building platform capabilities (e.g., RBAC, notifications, shared services, extensible APIs) that are consumed by multiple product teams or customer personas - Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, analytics platforms, Gong, Salesforce, and modern AI/UX prototyping tools - Enjoy owning meaningful product outcomes and becoming the most knowledgeable person in the company for your areas of ownership - Value high trust, high autonomy, and want to help shape both product strategy and the craft of product management as Abnormal continues to scale - You’ll thrive in this role if you: - If you’re excited to build category-defining security products in an AI-native company while growing your impact and scope as a Product Manager, we’d love to talk - Love working at the intersection of AI, security, and user experience, and want to help customers stay ahead of sophisticated threats
