About the role

Role Overview

Join Abnormal Security as a Product Manager II in a high-ownership, high-autonomy role. You will own product definition and roadmap, lead cross-functional execution, and partner closely with GTM and customer-facing teams to deliver product and business impact.

Key Missions & Responsibilities

Own product definition and roadmap for your areas of responsibility, driving product discovery using customer and market insights.
Lead cross-functional execution from concept to launch with Engineering, Design, Data, and GTM to scope solutions and ensure high-quality features.
Define and track product KPIs, analyze outcomes, and run data-informed iterations to improve customer value and business impact.
Contribute to product strategy and champion continuous improvement through metrics and operational excellence.
Collaborate effectively across teams, communicating clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

3+ years of product management experience in software, preferably B2B SaaS or other technical domains.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to structure ambiguous problems and define success metrics.
Demonstrated end-to-end product ownership across at least one full product or major feature lifecycle.
Proven experience working on highly technical products, partnering closely with engineering and reasoning about technical tradeoffs.
Experience in enterprise SaaS / B2B, especially with security, infrastructure, or platform products.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with Engineering, Design, and GTM.
Background as a software engineer or equivalent hands-on experience with complex technical systems.

Nice-to-Haves / Preferred

Prior experience in cybersecurity, security operations, or adjacent domains (e.g., identity, posture management, email security).
Experience building platform capabilities used by multiple teams (e.g., RBAC, notifications, shared services, extensible APIs).
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, analytics platforms, Gong, Salesforce, and modern AI/UX prototyping tools.
