Role Overview
Product Management Specialist (Contract) — Remote (10–40 hours/week) Contribute to product improvement by designing realistic, high-fidelity product experiences and using analytics to drive decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-fidelity product features and workflows using insights from advanced analytics.
- Create and refine realistic task prompts to support continuous product improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using tools such as Slack, Gmail, and Calendar.
- Analyze user data and feedback using Mixpanel and other analytics tools to inform product decisions.
- Establish and maintain detailed rubrics to evaluate product quality and team effectiveness.
- Apply exceptional problem-solving to address complex product and user needs.
Requirements
- Hands-on product management experience, especially with Calendar, Gmail, Mixpanel, and Slack.
- Expertise in developing high-fidelity, realistic product experiences and task prompts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proven experience collaborating in remote, cross-functional teams.
- Experience designing and applying rubrics for product development or assessment.
- Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions using modern analytics tools.
Contract Details
- Compensation: $55–$110 per hour
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
