Product Lead (General Manager of a Product Pod)

Join Qomon as a Product Lead to drive product strategy, delivery, and cross-functional execution for your product pod.

Key missions

• Own product strategy and discovery: translate customer needs and commercial opportunities into clear initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end delivery: lead initiatives from discovery through implementation.
• Align cross-functional teams: partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership to deliver shared priorities, decisions, and outcomes.

What you bring

• Product management and leadership experience (or founder experience) with strong product judgment.
• Hands-on product building—comfortable moving between strategy, discovery, execution, and iteration.
• Customer empathy and an outcome-oriented mindset focused on business impact.
• Ability to make high-quality decisions in ambiguity and create clarity without perfect information.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Communication and stakeholder management skills to influence across functions and align teams.
• Comfort using AI and modern product tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, validation, and execution.
• Professional fluency in English (French is a plus, not required).

Nice to have

• French fluency (preferred but not required).

Location / working model

• Full remote (listed with Washington, US reference).
• In-person onboarding in Paris for a new team members onboarding/training period.
