Role Overview

This is a Player/Coach role where you:

• Own the strategy for core predictive models
• Lead and scale a pod of Product Managers focused on predictive modeling and intelligence initiatives
• Define global standards for model training, feedback loops, and accuracy measurement

Key Missions / Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a specialized pod of Product Managers for predictive modeling and intelligence
• Drive predictive model strategy and define the roadmap for how models are consumed by downstream applications
• Establish global standards and methodologies for:
  • Ongoing model training
  • Feedback loops
  • Accuracy measurement to maintain benchmark-level predictions

Profile / Requirements

• Operating Rigor: Build operating rhythms and methodologies to turn data/model dependencies into clean execution
• B2B Mindset: Strong understanding of B2B data models and how predictive scoring drives GTM outcomes
• People Leadership: Proven experience leading product teams; coach PMs through complex roadmaps and build a high-accountability culture
• Experience: 8–10+ years in Product Management (AI/ML/Data Science products), including 3–5+ years people management
• Predictive Product Mastery: Deep expertise in predictive modeling, ML lifecycles, and working with data science from a product perspective

Nice-to-have

• Track record of shipping complex ML-driven products at scale (explicitly mentioned as a strong fit)
