Role Overview

As a Product Lead on Stripe’s Connect team, you will define product strategy, develop product requirements, and oversee execution for high-impact initiatives that serve modern marketplaces and software platforms.

What You’ll Do

Define and drive the Connect product roadmap, including accounts and transaction APIs.
Devise product strategy and steer product requirements for major initiatives from planning through delivery.
Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and Sales to build and deploy products.
Manage and grow a product team, including coaching, mentoring, and hiring.
Spend time both externally (customer meetings) and internally (team alignment and leadership feedback).

Requirements

3+ years managing product managers.
10+ years as a Product Manager.
Experience leading cross-team initiatives from ideation to execution.
Technical expertise: led technical products or background in computer science (or similar).
Experience with both:
- 0-to-1 new product building
- Ongoing improvements to an existing product portfolio
Strong user empathy and consistently high standards.
