Product Lead (AI Platform)

Role Overview

Join 6sense as Product Lead (AI Platform). This Player/Coach role combines hands-on product leadership with people management, focusing on the company’s core AI infrastructure and AI orchestration.

Key Missions

• Lead and scale a product team: Own hiring, coaching, and development of a specialized pod of Product Managers.
• Own the AI orchestration layer: Drive the design and evolution of the core orchestration engine, ensuring robust state management and high-performance runtime.
• Define evaluation and trust standards: Build frameworks, guardrails, and security protocols to keep AI outputs accurate and enterprise-grade.
• Modernize developer experience: Improve the platform and developer workflows for builders.
• Lead foundational model strategy: Shape strategy for foundational models used in the platform.

Requirements

• People Leadership: Proven experience building and leading product teams; ability to mentor senior PMs and manage performance.
• Operating Rigor: Experience creating operating rhythms, driving clarity in ambiguity, and untangling cross-team dependencies into execution.
• Product Management Experience: 8–10+ years in product management with focus on AI, Platform, or Infrastructure; 3–5+ years formal people management experience in a high-growth environment.
• Systems Thinking: Ability to connect strategy, organization, data, and execution; know which levers to pull when blocked.
• Technical Mastery: Hands-on expertise with the modern AI stack; has personally architected orchestration layers, developer platforms, or complex distributed systems at scale.
