Role Overview

As a Product (Front-End) Engineer (fully remote in the US), you’ll join a small core team and help drive a 0–1 product experience. You will build the front-end interface that enables AI-powered automation for businesses, working closely with founders to define the core product experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the 0–1 front-end product experience and contribute to product definition with founders
• Build visual interfaces for authoring agents, workflows, actions, and human tasks
• Blend design, code, and AI to create high-quality, user-facing experiences
• Develop complex, interactive UI with effective state management
• Support real-time application experiences using WebSockets/SSE or similar technologies

Requirements

• Several years of full-stack engineering experience with strong front-end expertise
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Experience building complex interactive user interfaces with state management
• Modern CSS skills (with Tailwind preferred), including responsive design and component libraries
• Experience with real-time applications using WebSockets, SSE, or similar
• Strong attention to craft: building beautiful, functional, visual interfaces
• Product-minded approach focused on user experience and business impact

Nice-to-haves / Additional Signals

• Founding/small start-up experience (implied as a good fit)
• Interest in defining an AI-native product and brand at the foundation stage
