Product Evaluation Specialist | Remote

Role overview

Product Validation Expert (AI product evaluation) on an hourly contract basis, remote in the United States. You’ll design and apply evaluation frameworks to assess AI outputs with a focus on user experience, safety, and product performance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop evaluation frameworks to assess AI product outputs from a UX perspective.
• Analyze evaluation tasks to identify issues affecting user experience, safety, and product performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define and refine product validation criteria and standards.
• Translate user insights into actionable feedback to improve accuracy, safety, and usability.
• Document findings and recommendations clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor product usage trends and proactively identify emerging risks and UX concerns.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of validation processes and evaluation methodologies.

Requirements

• Strong experience in product validation, user experience evaluation, or related domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clarity and precision.
• Ability to design and apply structured evaluation frameworks and rubrics.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for identifying risks and usability issues.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional remote environments.
• Proficiency in documenting complex insights in an actionable, user-friendly format.
• Adaptability to fast-paced projects and evolving requirements.
