Product Engineer (AI Accelerated, Ruby, TypeScript)

Translate user pain points and requests into solution proposals, and coordinate with Designers on design requirements.. Build and maintain our Recruiter Portal using TypeScript and React, and our Ruby on Rails backend application. Profile: - Strong interest in product ownership - you want to understand "why" you're building something, not just "how" - Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Experience leveraging AI tools as part of your fundamental workflow, from general prompting to agents with Copilot, Cursor, and alike - Intermediate knowledge of SQL - You are a team player with a strong motivation to contribute to team success - Experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails, as well as TypeScript or JavaScript - Min. 2 years or more of full-time experience in software engineering - Solid understanding of web development (how HTTP works, REST, in-browser storage, etc.) - Familiarity with Claude Code - Experience with product management activities (writing user stories, stakeholder management, user research) - Experience owning features or initiatives beyond just the code
