Role Overview
As Product Director, you will lead the SAMpeople product—owning its strategic vision, roadmap, and execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and report directly to the CPO.
Key Missions
- Strategic Vision: Translate Arbor’s mission into a clear product strategy and an actionable roadmap.
- AI-enabled Product Lifecycle Management: Partner with R&D leadership across the suite to drive an ongoing AI transformation.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, hire, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a high-performance, continuously learning, user-centric culture.
