Product Designer

Role Overview

As a Product Designer, you’ll contribute to Willsfly’s enterprise product and platform systems initiatives. You’ll work across architecture, engineering, delivery, and operational quality to design durable enterprise user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design product experiences aligned to enterprise workflows, role logic, and scalable interaction models.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve usability, clarity, and continuity.
• Support and evolve design systems and reusable interaction patterns for enterprise environments.
• Translate operational complexity into clear, high-quality user journeys.
• Contribute to product thinking with a focus on function, context, and enterprise readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX systems, or enterprise interface design.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, workflow context, and product usability.
• Ability to work across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Experience designing scalable software experiences.

Nice to Have

• Experience with enterprise software, SaaS systems, or design-system environments.
• Exposure to workflow-centered product design and role-aware interfaces.
• Understanding of maintainable design language across product ecosystems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design/HCI/Product Design (or related).
• UX/product design certification.
